How to use histogram as an input to train multiclass svm?

I have a data set of 322 colour images. I want to give histogram of these images as training set and classify input images based upon colour.Can I store histogram of these images in a excel sheet and use it? I don't know anything how multiclass svm classifier works.Please some one help me. Please
