How to create density function using HMM model for cepstral coefficients

Hello.... I am facing problem in creating a density function using Hidden Markov Model.Actually ,I am trying to classify objects using that density function . Input data of objects is of size[1x256] per frame . I am applying cepstum for the data.I got cepstral coefficients .I want to create density function using HMM model for cepstral coefficients , But iam facing problem in using hmmestimate,hmmgenerate....Kindly ,anyone help me over this .Thanks in Advance.
