converting a image

I have some frames taken from a video,the size of each image is 512x512,I want to divide those images into 64x64x64 blocks please help,i want to perform 3d-dualtree wavelet transform,please help

im2col(a,[64 64],'distinct')

will give you your blocks as columns that you just need to reshape into squares again. I can't help with wavelets.
