Varial Frequency Complex Demodulation (VFCDM)

Dear All, I am trying to implement the VFCDM in matlab. I follow the idea of the paper

Ann Biomed Eng. 2006 Feb;34(2):326-38. Epub 2006 Feb 7. A high resolution approach to estimating time-frequency spectra and their amplitudes. Wang H, Siu K, Ju K, Chon KH.

But I am not quite clear how to implement in Matlab. Can I have help in this implementation? Thanks, Thomas
