How to fix error in OCR after cropping image?

Hi, I am using ocr tool for detection text but first I do some pre image processing on my image. For some of the images, the ocr mix the lines, like if I have 5 lines of text, for some cases detection of texts in line 2 appears in the last line as the result of the ocr. I am using an automated cropping tool for all of them, but I can not find what is the reason for this mixing error! Can anyone help me?
