Problem in purchasing Signal Processing Toolbox

I have recently brought Matlab 2018 for personal use...I need to get "Signal Processing Toolbox" also...I was trying to use "Buy Add-Ons" option against my existing Matlab license...but this doesn't work...what should I do?
