Simscape add ons toolbox rigid transforms

Just downloaded and installed the multibody add on and after only doing smnew and then changing the rigid transform to standard axis the rotation to +Y at 90 deg and hitting apply I get this error: Setting Parameters 1 Clear 11:48 PM Elapsed: 0.57 sec ['untitled/Rigid Transform']: Parameter check for block 'untitled/Rigid Transform' failed. Caused by: Insufficient number of outputs from right hand side of equal sign to satisfy assignment. Component:SimscapeMultibody | Category:N.A. No idea why - is there a problem with the installation? I too keep getting this error. I have uninstalled r2017b and r2018a, deleted all appdata etc, did a CCleaner and registry clean, reinstalled r2018a and all add-ons, and the error has returned.

Win 10 Pro 64 bit Intel Core i7-4800MQ 2.7GHz, 16gb ram intel HD Graphics 4600

This might be a potential memory issue. Clearing the temporary variables using the MATLAB command described in the below link should resolved the issue. https://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/ref/clearvars.html
