how to label features to 7 classes [1:7]

I have 7 variables, each of one contain 30 image features like 30x180 matrix row wise. i wantto lable every variable from 1 to 7. i want this to look like the features and the class lables on it right side row. help me how do it. e.g; Class1 = 30x180 matrix Class2 = 30x180 matrix Class3 = 30x180 matrix Class4 = 30x180 matrix Class5 = 30x180 matrix Class6 = 30x180 matrix Class7 = 30x180 matrix
