How do I calculate the number of selected colour pixel in a segmented image.

Given the segmented image of a brain. White matter was colored as yellow. How do i calculate the yellow pixels of the image.

Can you share detail, with an image example? Yellow pixels value or number of pixels?

This is the image i am working on. I need to quantify the number of pixels per colour.
