I am facing error while coding in gui .m file.

<</matlabcentral/answers/uploaded_files/135122/Screenshot%20(1245).png If I select Line/Polynomial in Select Shape panel then it will show 'edit text box below Initial Coordinates in Matrix form' and hide User input Data panel and all the components inside this. And vice-versa if I select Circle/Arc. How I will code for this purpose? I have attached the file of this.
