Installation / Uninstall error due to wavelet toolbox?

Hi, I'm getting this error :
C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2018a\help\wavelet\helpsearch\segments_8 (The system cannot find the file specified)
When I am trying to install update 6 for MATLAB R2018a or uninstall the wavelet toolbox / uninstall MATLAB. Any ideas?

If it was only for the purpose of uninstalling, I would just create the file C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2018a\help\wavelet\helpsearch\segments_8 to give it something to remove .
