Why do I keep getting warning polyspace-​configure:​0s:WARNING Build command ignored(build deactivated)?

I am using the method called create project using build information. My project is of atmel studio.I have written build command tried and tested on command prompt. Still I get warnings is the end result corrrect? Also it choses default microprocessor as i386 then I change it to atmega32, is it right?

Does your build environment only build when the code has changed or there is no existing build output? You may need to perform a clean operation then run polyspace-configure.
