Fisherface Algorithm for ORL Cambridge dataset

I tried to implement Fisherface for the ORL Cambridge dataset using this file exchange

I get no errors but it doesn't match the correct persons, its recognition rate is very low, 0.01%

Has anyone tried to implement this algorithm for that dataset and succeeded?
