How to initialize newrb in matlab?

Hi,

Is there any method to configure the number of neurons and the initial weights/bias terms in newrb like we do in MLP?

I undrestand that the algorithm adds the number of neurons at each epoch automatically untile the goal is reached. Is there any method to assign a fixed value to the initial number of neuron and force the algorithm to increase the neurons from that number? For example, I want to force the algorithm to start the calculations with 50 neurons with my own wights and bias terms. The algorithm then addes to the number or neurons in its own way.
