How display the same image in two figures

The problem is when I execute one of the figures alone it display the image that I selected but when I execute the figures in this order , first main.fig then TestingPhase.fig . the TestingPhase.fig does not display the selected image in img_axes after that the showimage.fig also it does not display the same image, why ?

I declare the image as global variable but the image does not display in img_axes when I chose it
