Read analog input in Texas Instruments C2000 with Simulink

Hi there,

I am trying to read and display an analog input using a potentiometer connected to a C2000 Delfino microcontroller. Can anyone help me to design the block diagram? What blocks should I use. I tried the ADC and the Display Blocks but it didn't work. Apologies if my question sounds silly but I just started using Simulink and microcontrollers in general. Thank you in advance.
