Deploy Transferlearning network on Raspberry pi3+

Hi

I just saw a video on youtube that briefly showed how we can deploy deep learning network on a Raspberry Pi device. Here is the link for the video

but I couldn't find the full guide, so does anyone, in more detail, know how to deploy a transfer learning or deep learning network from matlab to Raspberry Pi3+?
