output columns of a matrix at higher rate

Hi,

I have a function-call subsystem running at sampling interval dt/5. As input to this I want to feed the columns of a [3x5] matrix. The matrix arrives with a sampling interval of dt, and I want the columns to be in dt/5, to fit the subsystem.

So,

data:               [3x5] -> [3x1], [3x1], [3x1], [3x1], [3x1]

sampling interval:   dt                 dt/5

Is there a simulink block for this?
