5g polar coding charts

Hello, I am trying to recreate the polar coding project : https://www.mathworks.com/help/5g/gs/polar-coding.html . But I have no idea how to get charts, because I do not know how to write a script about which is mentioned in the example. Could someone explain to me what should I start with?

Hello Graham.

That's not what I meant. I've dealt with this problem, now I just need to speed up the simulation of the script. I know I have to do it in Matlab coder, but I do not know how to do it. Maybe you have some experience with Matlab Coder?
