Errors within MATLAB Executable build

We are attempting to build a .exe from .m script, however we are running into errors with the executable file. See the attached file for reference.

We have wrapped the "addpath" statements in a conditional statement involving the "isdeployed" command following this format:

if (~isdeployed)

addpath <path>

end

There are various levels of file dependencies (e.g. functions called within functions called within functions, etc.) within our script, would this typically present a problem for the matlab executable builder?

Are there any other functions which typically present an issue for the executable build process?
