Stm Nucleo I2C read

I can read an imu (mpu9150) from I2C of Arduino Mega through simulink block as shown below(fig1) without any problem but I cannot do the same thing with Nucleo-F746ZG board on simulink. I checked all the connections etc. but it does not outputs the sensor data. İs there any body to suggest me ?
