How to upsize the voxel size in an image?

Hi!

So I have an image dimension of 256x256x207 with voxel size 1.21875x1.21875x1.231

I want to upsize the voxels into 2.036x2.036 x2.027

Can anyone give me a hint on how to do this using the function "RESIZE" in matlab?
