How to define a binary variable matrix

Hi,

I'm trying to define a binary variable matrix that each row has the same outputs, but differs in different rows.

For example, i have a binary variable y, and the matrix is [y1 y1 y1;y2 y2 y2;y3 y3 y3]. And y={y1 y2 y3} which are bianry variables.
