Problem using model with S-Function Builder from Matlab 2016b in Matlab 2018b

I have a big model with for example 30 Parameters. Because of usage in Derivates, just 11 of this Parameters are used for Continuous states IC. Since working with Matlab 2018b this isn't working any longer. It seems that the System has a rule, that the Parameters used for Continuous state IC have to be the first ones in the list of Parameter.

So the eleven Parameters used has to be the first eleven of the list of Parameters. Otherwise there is an error called "The logical indices contain a true value outside of the array bounds". The problem is, that the whole model is build in Matlab 2016b and isn't build in consideration to that topic. Is there any chance to solve that problem without rebuilding the whole Model? Do anyone has the same problem?
