psd estimation using welch's method

Hello i want to estimate power spectral density using welch's method, with a sliding Hanning window
of 1s, with an overlap of 0.5sec. I do not know how much the number of FFT points must be. The frequency sampling is 160Hz.
Can you give me the mat code please?
