Phase and amplitude shift

I have a signal, the phase and amplitude of which I want to change at each sample based on its average power using a table look up. Any thoughts on how to model this in Simulink? Its really a problem of non-linear amplification. - Thanks.

Use two 1D lookup tables where the inputs of 1st and 2nd lookup tables is average power and the output of one lookup table is amplitude and that of other lookup table is phase of the signal.
