How i can correct this error

Hello I tried to connect matlab to mysql with this code in file exchange but i had always this error

This message is due to this code. it can't read the url

@Pamela: Replace this URL with the path of which file? The message tells you, that you cannot contact the URL by POST. Do you have reasons to expect the opposite?
