Matlab created exe in cloud

If a Matlab user created a GUI exe can this exe be ran in the cloud?

And can runtimes be installed in cloud environment?

MATLAB’s App Designer with MATLAB Compiler lets you share your MATLAB programs standalone exe, web applications etc. You can deploy the standalones on servers as well using MATLAB Runtime or MATLAB Web-App servers.
