License manager error -9

I installed matlab, used the lisense code of Università degli Studi di Brescia and activated the software, but when I try to open the software, it appears License Manager error even if I followed the right process and used a correct code. The computer where I installed Matlab has Windows 10 home, edition 1903. in attached files there is the screenshot of the window that appears every time I try to open Matlab.
