Can someone propose some code that will "connect the dots" to produce the correct geometric shapes (i.e., hexagons, pentagons, rectangles) from these points?

- Is this purely graphical or can I store the arrangement of edges/lines as vectors in a file?
- Is it possible to have the node numbers correspond to the indices in the fpep.mat file?
- In the original question, I had specified that the edges must pass through the triplet end points (and hence must actually be arcs), is there any way to do this with this method you have shown?

- All boundary edges.
- That any remaining vertex that has two remaining edges, is also a boundary edge.
- Those vertices which are connected to the proper amount of edges (i.e., three), but where one of those edges is already defined as a boundary edge.
