Writing Code for Function

Write a function named getStringAtColumn which receives a character array and a number as input. The character array (rowOfData) represents a row of data in a comma-separated values (CSV) format. The number (col) represents the column of interest within the row of data. The function must return the character array associated with the column. You can assume correct column numbers will be provided for the row of data passed. The function should have the following name and parameters: getStringAtColumn(rowOfData, col)

For example, if the input is getStringAtColumn('a,b,34', 3) then the function will return '34'
