Differentiate 1*300 vector array

Hello,

I have an column vector array where the structure is 1,300.

This vector array creates X coordinates, which draws curves if I plot it which is differentiable.

I want to differentiate this, but don't know how to do it.

Really appreciate if someone lets me know.
