how to divide data set randomly into training,testing,validation data set?

Hello guys, I have a dataset of a matrix of size 116*116*45 type double and I want to divide it randomly into 3 subsets training,testing and cross-validation sets.
how to make it randomly generated everytime it run?
can anyone help me?

Try randsample() or randperm().
