Why static arrays in the C code generated from simulink!!

In Matlab Simulink 2018b, I have assigned an array to a constant value, shown below:

H = [ inp0 inp1 -inp2 inp3; 0 1 0 0];

So while generating its C code, the 2nd column of H variable i.e. [0 1 0 0], is generating as static, shown below:

static int8_T tmp_0[4] = { 0, 1, 0, 0 };

But I don't need the static type variable, is there any way to supress this.
