Hi, I have segmented medical image using K Means and have to extract features of the segmented part.

Then get help. Keep in mind though that we do not yet have the long promised Mind Reading Toolbox.

Use regionprops to get many or most of the features you may need. See my image segmentation tutorial http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/?term=authorid%3A31862 for a demo.
