２代目のアクティベートができない？

個人ライセンスです。
デスクトップPCでMATLABを使っていました。
２台目としてノートPCにインストールし、アクティベートの作業も終わったかに思えたのですが、
いざMATLABを起動すると、下記のようなエラーがでて起動できません。
License checkout failed
License Manager Error-9
どうしたらよいのでしょうか。
※PCはどちらも私個人のPCです。
