How can I use .NET programming interface?

Hello.. all

I am novice for Matlab.

I assume that Matlab supports ".NET" and can access .NET programming interface.

If I have .dll file called vcinet2.dll,

how can I .NET programming interface through .dll file?

Also, whice code can I use to apply .dll file?
