MSG-GAN implementation

Is there a way to share layers between two cnn models or lgraphs in matlab?

I am trying to implement the MSG-GAN (https://arxiv.org/abs/1903.06048) where there are skip-connections (i.e. concatenation layers between the generator and the discriminator). However I don't know how to create those. If anyone has already implemented, suggestions are welcomed.
