i want make a simulink modal of audio file or wave file to transmitter section and receiver section to design so which block i have to need for both section and which parameter i have to set..

You should be able to do this using the From Multimedia File and To Multimedia File blocks. Note that you need a license for the DSP System Toolbox to access these blocks.
