how to plot mse against hidden neurons

Hi, can anybody give me the codes to plot mse against hidden neurons? I have 25 hidden neurons, and i would like to get the table of mse values and R squared values for each hidden neurons.

Please help!

Mean-squared error(mse) takes actual and expected values as arguments.

Since for each hidden neuron expected(ground truth)behavior can’t be determined. It is not possible to plot mse for each individual neuron.

One possible observation that can be extracted might be is to plot mse vs number of hidden neurons.
