Power–frequency swing equation

I have the power–frequency swing equation shown in the figure below. The known parameters are Pin, Pout, J, wg, and Dp. How can I replicate this equation in a control loop in simulink?
This is the system that I developed but I am unsure if it is correct.

You have the implementation wrong. It should be like this:
