Sensitivity analysis of Matlab model developed in a function

Hi everybody,
I have developed a Matlab model embedded in a m function, i.e.:
[output1,output2]=myModel(initialValues,parameters,simulationTime)
I would like to carry out a sensitivity analysis similar to the one developed with ssatool https://es.mathworks.com/help/sldo/sensitivity-analysis.html , which is based on Monte Carlo simulations.
Specifically, I would like to obtain results from a Local Sensitivity Analysis https://es.mathworks.com/help/sldo/ug/what-is-sensitivity-analysis.html
I have done this with ssatool previously, but I always need to embed my model within Simulink (by using a Matlab Function Block).
Is it possible to do a similar analysis without using Simulink? Which are the tools provided by Matlab? I would like to know the recommended way. I have looked in the Matlab documentation but I could not find what I want.
Best regards.
