trajectory from mercury to Neptune

hi guys , im playing to travel to Mercury, Venus, Ceres, Jupiter, Uranus and Neptune. what is the shortest trajectory can i take assuming all planets are in the same plane and how do i show this in the same plot. i have alread plotted earth to ceres.

We need more context. Are you doing multiple separate problems of going from Earth to another planet via a Hohman Transfer? Or are you designing one trajectory to visit everything? "Shortest" trajectory can mean several different things, and I am guessing not what you really want.
