Update data from workspace each time I execute code

Hello all, Can someone help me how can I build following code in simulink? I need to get the value of y each time from workspace. Code:

x = 0:20;  %only example (can vary )

    if y == 0
        y = 101.125;
    else
        y = y;
    end

    Prozent = (y-(8/9).^-x);
    plot(x,Prozent);
    y = Prozent(length(x));

I believe you can utilize the MATLAB Function Block in Simulink.
