Drag and drop in uihtml

Hi,

I wanted to implement the drag and drop functionality in uihtml and connect it to the matlab app. The html page is valid and working but when its loaded to the uihtml control the drag and drop functionality is not working

Is it actually supported and if yes, do I miss any configuration?

I attempted this as well. Could not get the 'dragover' event to work. Seems uifigure may lock out this action in some way. I've been able to get all other mouse action events to work however. Wish there was a section in uihtml doc that included all the limitations.

I have the same issue. I can get "dragstart" and "dragend" event to fire but not "dragover" "dragenter" or "drop" that are eventlisteners for the "drop-zones".

Hi @Heorhii Koltsov,

I understand that you wish to implement a drag and drop functionality with 'uihtml'. However, according to the limitations mentioned in the documentation for 'uihtml', it mentions: "Content cannot overflow the bounds of the HTML UI component".

Additionally I have observed that while this functionality is not able to be implemented in MATLAB Desktop, however implementing it using MATLAB online is a workaround in this case.
