Matlab Engine for python for multiple versions of Matlab on the same machine

16 visualizzazioni (ultimi 30 giorni)
Hi,
We currently have 2018b (64 bit) Matlab installed on our Windows machine.
We would now like to build 32-bit dlls and are planning to install the 2015b (32-bit) Matlab on the same machine.
We are invoking Matlab through the matlab engine in a python script.
Would it be possible to invoke two different versions of matlab from the python script using the engine. If yes, how ?
Some old questions and answers suggested that this is not supported But would like to confirm the latest status.
Thanks in advance.

It is possible to invoke two different versions of matlab using different python scripts, one for 2018b and the other for 2015b.
Below is the link to configure the same.
I'm still figuring out if it is possible to invoke different versions of matlab from a single script.
