Installation issues on Mac

I downloaded Matlab 2020a from my university web, but when I installed it, I failed.
The issue is when I click the icon installformacOX, there is no any response on my mac. No REPORT and NO ERROR. It sucks, I need to use it on my course,
Anyone knows how to fix it? SO APPRECIATE !!!!!!

Which MacOS release are you using?
You can get that result if you are trying to install R2020a on a MacOS release that is too old to support that version of MATLAB.
