Function browser is empty

In MATLAB command window, one should be able to access Function Browser to quickly see the syntax for a particular function. To access a function browser you either press Shift+F1 or you can just right click on command window and select Function Browser option.( Function Browser Reference )

However, when I wanted to access function browser it shows nothing in the browser and even when I try to search for most common in-bult functions of MATLAB, I get no results.(image attached)

I am not sure what could be the problem, I am using MATLAB 2015aSP1, Windows 10 64-bit. I would really appreciate if someone could help me this.
