Tooltips for uitables and uimenus

A pair of questions relating to tooltips:
1) Is there a way to set a tooltip for uimenu objects? 2) Is it possible to set tooltips for individual column headers in a uitable? The Java object has a TableHeaderToolTipText porpoerty, but I can't figure out how to use it
