How can i get the required angle of rotation of the image correspond to another image?

Hello Friends , I am trying to do some image processing on the camera captured image of student answer sheet.

I am considering one straight captured image (which does not need any rotation) as template image.

Is there any way that we can get the any new captured image with the same degree of rotation as of template image or we can say the straight image.
